This Privacy Policy describes how Zyrex Agent Solutions ("Zyrex," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit zyrexagents.com (the "Site") or submit a consultation request through it. This policy covers the Site only. Services we provide to client practices are governed by the agreements we sign with those practices, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, practice or company name, phone number, email address, practice type, and anything you choose to write in the optional message field. Please do not include patient information or other protected health information in the form.
Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted, our hosting provider passes along the submitting device's IP address and the time of submission so we can prevent abuse of the form. The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party embedded scripts. The Site is served by Cloudflare, which may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure its network.
How we use information
- To respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about our services.
- To send a brief confirmation that we received your request.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and misuse of the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the Site and deliver your request to us:
- Cloudflare: hosts the Site and processes the form submission.
- Resend: delivers the email notification of your request to us and the confirmation to you.
- Google Workspace: our business email, where your request is received and stored.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Retention
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond to you and evaluate whether we're a fit, and afterward as part of our normal business records. You may ask us to delete your request at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Email notifications are sent through providers that use encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing wesley@zyrexagents.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. You may also simply ask us to stop contacting you.
Children
The Site is intended for business use by healthcare practice owners and administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
